Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the footwear in its original shoebox and outer shipping carton, then drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
